UDN normally requires users to have a working email address in order to deliver important information at all time. However, we understand that it is very challenging to find a reliable email service and that people may not always have the knowledge or resources to operate their own; in fact, many email services that claim to respect privacy and to work to better the Internet will be worse than the well-known malevolents. As a result, messages get blocked and the end user generally never discovers that any filtering is being done.
